Being in the business of making neutron detectors now...

I suppose, but I'd rather check, that one cannot buy "exempt" neutron
sources in the US or in NL for that matter.

So what would happen if I cook a few uCi Am and Li pills in the kitchen?
Do I get to visit Guantanamo on an "exempt" US govnmt flight?

How about pulsed neutron sources? Are there restrictions also on the D-D
tubes?

The experts' advise would be highly appreciated....
