[ RadSafe ] MCNP question

Hi All,

I have a question about the MCNP coding. I want to describe a geometry, which is a square pyramid with the apex on the Y-axis and symmetric to Y-axis.  I wrote some codes, but they did not work. The output file always says there is a fatal error. I attach my code here and am wondering whether someone can take a look and give me some suggestions.
