[ RadSafe ] Reference Book: - Request for Critical Review orComments

Never heard of it.  it may be OK, but I would suggest the MARLAP published 
by the EPA/NRC with collaboration with the DOD, DHS, DOE, FDA, USGS and 
NIST.
