[ RadSafe ] Extremity Dosimetry Usage Criteria

Ontario Power Generation is a major nuclear utility in the province of
Ontario, Canada. We would like to fine-tune our criteria for issuing
extremity TLDs. We would like to find out what criteria you use, and how
many sets of Extremity dosimeters you use per year. We are particularly
interested in response from other nuclear utilities. Thanks in advance
