James,

the abstract of this paper states:

"The Bremen laboratory control served as a reference in this study."

Heimers has a world wide 'reputation' among chromosome aberration experts. The substantial and significantly lower aberration frequency in her (in-)famous "Bremen laboratory control" is unique compared to essentially all other published work on chromosome aberrations. Most published (to my knowledge all) alleged significantly elevated aberration frequencies found by her rely on this exceptional control level.

For what it may be worth.

What is the most viable explanation of the increase of health abnormalities seen among troops and in Basra and Kuwait after the February, 1991 Gulf War?
