I respond to Peter and Steven (and the U Tube Big Oil fiction, below) with gratitude that alQaeda and Saddam's planned nuclear attacks on USA (see Saddam's Secrets - Gen. Sada) have not occurred yet. Afghan Liberation and Iraqi Freedom are wars designed primarily to destroy alQaeda operations, but also to plant democracy there for freedom, trade prosperity (disincentives to harbor attacks on the USA and Europe).

Not yet as feasible are liberation of China, Iran, Cuba and N Korea. Hopefully, commercial self-interest in China (now dependent on USA prosperity) will dampen its expansion of centralized government and nuclear weapons. Iran, Venezuela, Cuba and N Korea atrophy in socialist bureaucracy from spreading wealth (proposed for the USA by one Presidential campaign)

USA carbon fuels are as plentiful as in the Middle east, but politically restricted by fears that should go away (glaciers now enlarge).
Big Oil (most monopolistic where government-owned) will have less influence with 45 new nuclear plants proposed by one of the Presidential campaigns.
