Dear Colleagues:

The University of Seville and the Norwegian Radiation Protection Authority
will organize next October 2009

THE INTERNATIONAL TOPICAL CONFERENCE ON Po AND RADIOACTIVE Pb ISOTOPES

Seville, Spain, 26-28th October 2009

This conference aims to provide a forum for the scientific community
performing research in the mentioned radionuclides.

Sections about: a) the radiochemistry of Pb-210, Bi-210 and Po-210, b) the
kinetics of Pb-210 and Po-210, c) Pb-210 and Po-210 as atmospheric
tracers, d) Pb-210 and Po-210 in the food chain, e) Pb-210 an Po-210 for
sedimentation rate and growth rate estimations, f) Po-210 and Pb-210 in
NORM industries, g) Pb-210 and Po-210 in the marine environment....will
cover the program. Key lecturers will give a review of Pb-210 and Po-210
behaviour in the marine and terrestrial environments.

The call for papers is now open. Abstracts proposed for presentation
should be submitted to the organizing conference by e-mail
(leadpolonium2009 at us.es) before May 28th, 2009. Instructions for abstract
preparation are given in the web page.

event through the presentation of your latest results and/or studies in
the conference, and for the maximum dissemination of this event among your
