preliminary agenda is available along with hotel, activities and other
logistical information.  The deadline for registration is May 1, 2009.

Fees:
Attendee Registration:        $350.00 per person
Guest:                        $150.00 per person
Exhibitor Registration:        $750.00 per company

Fees include continental breakfast each morning, all lunches, afternoon
breaks, Tuesday afternoon recreational activities, Monday night affiliates
dinner and Wednesday night Banzai Dinner.  Exhibitor's registration does not
include attendee registration fee.  

Hotel Rates:
Standard rate:      $139.00 per night
Government rate:    $129.00 per night
