I'm trying to find an old document that is referenced heavily in various
guidance documents on field survey instrument usage.  It is:
"Contamination Survey Instrument Capabilities" - PNL-SA-1984, Letter to
the U.S. Department of Energy, 1991.  Authors are: Goles, R.W. , Baumann,
B.L., and Johnson, M.L.
Mr. Goles appears to have been one of those "workhorses" of the community,
based on his publication history, but I'm not able to track his
whereabouts, or this paper.  Is he still with us?  Does anyone have a copy
of this document lying around?
