Health Physicist II
 
The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality has a job opening for Health Physicist II. 
 
The job location is Austin, Texas, and the posting will close February 4, 2009.  
 
The functional title of the position is environmental health physicist. This individual will be responsible for reviewing the environmental health physics portions of uranium recovery, radioactive waste processing and storage, and byproduct waste disposal license applications and amendment requests.  
 
The successful candidate will have excellent educational credentials as well as experience in the area of environmental monitoring and population dose assessment.
