    The leaders of the Mesopotamian Cave Council agreed, after animated
    debate, that the supply of slingshots in Central Storage will be
    increased from 367 to a maximum of 492 over the next 11 moons.
    Apprehension has increased over the moves seen in the camps across
    the Euphrates. Spear supplies will be retained at current levels
    until the next regularly scheduled Sideways Review next year.
    Efforts will continue on the Non-proliferation of Clubs Treaty.
