Hello, Miguel,
Such software does exist. Two commercial products are available from U.S.
manufacturers - 'HIS20' from Canberra and 'Sentinel' from PTI Systems.

Subject: [ RadSafe ] Re: What Rad Software Are You Using?
Hello. I work in a Radiation Safety office. We use home-made software
to control personal and areas dose, radioactive material, detectors,
tld...I think that an integrated solution could be very expensive and
not useful for everyone. I make a program called MATRALAB
(www.matralab.com) only to control de radioactive material and it cost
me a lot of work and time. I think that the soft that you want does
not exist (but perhaps I'm wrong, please tell us if you find it...)
Greetings.
