I've received some very helpful suggestions.  But I should have stated explicitly that I'm looking for Elsevier's bound edition.  Following one suggestion, I may go to Amazon.

Does anyone know why this publication, which was the second addendum to ICRP 53 (Radiopharm Dose to Pts) is not availbale?  It is not included in ICRP 106, as far as I can tell.
