It would seem that on this forum, devoted to radiation health 
professionals presumably conversant in risk calculus, "significant risks 
to ... health" have already been better quantized.

I recall something about "risks comparable to those tolerated in 
everyday life."

My WBE(Occupational) is 2.74 REM.
