[ RadSafe ] Eberline SPING upgrades

The original Eberline SPINGs need to be  refurbished and/or upgraded, or 
replaced.  Has anybody tried refurbishing the SPINGs?  It seems like it 
would be a lot simpler to refurbish existing skids than what we're going 
through trying to put entirely new equipment and interfaces in the old 
locations.
