What are the required qualifications to opine, please?

Wall Street sees regulatory interference as risk.  There is no 
demonstrated risk to nuclear power from terrorists.

Good for the editorializers for recognizing that no industrial 
technology is carbon neutral, including the marginal increase in 
technological infrastructure concomitant with new "alternatives".

Solar irradiance is about five kiloWatt-hours per square meter per 24 
hours latitude dependent.  It cannot be increased.

Waste and contamination are political problems created by neo-Luddites.

"This editorial is based on these sources."  The editorial is incompetent.
