Radiation Safety Officer - Northeast

Working with a magnet status healthcare system, searching for a
Radiation Safety Officer/Medical Physicist. This ACR accredited group
consists of three hospitals and additional clinics. As one of the
largest teaching hospitals in the state, they have a great reputation
with a strong patient focus. The hospital has twice been listed in the
top 100 places to work. High employee satisfaction begins with the CEO
spending two hours with every new employee.

The staff has a good understanding and communication flow with the
Physics staff. Physicists enjoy great interaction with patients and
collaboration with Physicians. This is a position to look at if you
take your job seriously as a professional, and enjoy being treated as a
clinical partner. Input and shared conversations are par for the course
on procedure changes with an approach to keep the patient needs first.

The hospital already operates above most state regulatory requirements.
The department is positioned for the right Physicist to have great
ownership in shaping the future growth of this team.
