The new EPRI Alpha Monitoring Guidelines for Operating Nuclear Power Stations suggest the use of postings to caution workers of potentially-high alpha contamination areas.
Have any utilities implemented this recommendation? Do you post for alpha Levels I, II and III (and include the beta-gamma/alpha ratio?) or simply post current high alpha contamination results? Are there any specific wordings that have been found particularly effective?
