I agree with Franz.  We could also include all the tens of millions of 
Chinese murdered by Mao and tens of millions murdered by Stalin in the 
Soviet Union and Eastern Europe for political and other reasons.  Perhaps 
some of the Radsafers are to young (or not born) to remember this.
