[ RadSafe ] NHK Program - To Stay or To Go - Foreign Expats in Japan

This NHK Newsline program will be available for about a week - it is well
worth a look to see why some expats chose to stay rather than flee Japan
because of Fukushima - I saw it this afternoon and wrote NHK because I could
not find a link - they just sent it to me.  I was very impressed with the
quick and accurate service.
