Hi Steven,
"I feel your pain" as it were.
The following are my general thoughts and not about any one individual. My
feeling is that it is very difficult for anyone to judge who should be
"expelled" from Radsafe. Remember anyone who does not agree with you is
obviously a fool, heretic, and a provocateur --by definition :-) . It's a
slippery slope as they say, and banning someone should only be done by the list
moderator in very extreme circumstances for someone breaching key rules of the
list as to how exchanges of views and information is supposed to occur in a
professional and courteous manner.
The easiest thing for one to do is to put posts from some one individual whose
posts you don't wish to read is to put them in your personal spam list. If some
post gets opened from a person you don't wish to read--hit DELETE.
Trying to change the mind of someone who holds a zealous and quasi-religious
belief in some issue, won't consider clearly accepted scientific facts, and is
intellectually dishonest is a waste of your time. One of my favorite sayings is:
"If you try to teach a pig to sing, you're only wasting your time --and upset
the pig."

I reiterate my earlier request that Louis Ricciuti be expelled from
RADSAFE and that he not be allowed to rejoin.
