Sandy 
he is having lung problems now and my concern is why did they not inform him of 
his uptake until 1987?
 It was kept from him and they study him for all those years.do's a worker not 
have the right to know he has been exposed?

Mark,

The data suggests a small intake considering the references to ICRP and
site standards. If this has been the case since the early 1960's and your
father is 84, it appears to me that he is doing well and at this point
there is no action needed for any reason.
