The USEPA did not exist until 1970. Therefore, any data they write about or
discuss about Strontium-90 is taken from the U.S. Public Health Service's
(PHS), formerly the Center for Radiological Health (formerly the Division
of Radiological Health) data base. All of this was reported in their
Radiological Health Data and Reports that was in the 1950s and 1960s.
