Where are the dry storage casks located?  Has flooding blocked the cooling inlets?

Actually, I forgot to mention, the head was never reinstalled post refueling.  They are in a static condition with the refuel pool filled.  That would be several hundred thousand gallons of cooling water.  

They would have hours upon hours before boil time.
