Yes, I was stymied by Clinton's statement something like "flying in
important coolant" too, but finally realized it meant portable generators so
that there would be some hope of power for pumping coolant.

I've been wondering about the idea of flying in "coolant" on a plane.
There are other sources of water that involve a lot closer that would do
well enough for cooling in an emergency. When I first read it I
wondered if somebody wasn't being punked.

Fukushima I and II (12 reactors) are Boiling Water Reactors that use
light water as coolant. Light water weighs a tonne per cubic meter.
