Hi 

This may have been posted before but all dose data from Japan, except the destroyed prefectures, are viewable with live updating here:

http://public.tableausoftware.com/views/JapanRadiationLevels/JapanRadiationLevelsDashboard

As far as I know, Kanagawa is the are containing Tokyo and Ibaraki is between Kanagawa and Fukushima.

The data comes from the official Japanese authority responsible for these measurements.
