The statement below by Dr. Busby is actually very defensible.
~800,000 people (or ~10% of the population) within 200 kilometers or
anywhere with a population of 8 million will contract cancer if they are not
moved out. They will also contract cancer if they are moved out.
It is a very successful and probably intentional distortion of a true
statement.
