According to the American Cancer Society link below the rate in the US
of contracting a cancer of some type in a lifetime is ~40% and the risk
of dying from it ~20%.

According to the CDC
(http://apps.nccd.cdc.gov/uscs/cancersbyraceandethnicity.aspx) and if I
read it correctly,
even if all 8 million lived to be 80 years or older, the rate for all
cancers would be about 2.5 in 100.
How much of an increase in the cancer incidence does Dr. Busby attribute
to Fukushima, which ones are radiation induced, and what are his
calculations that resulted in this prediction?

The statement below by Dr. Busby is actually very defensible.
~800,000 people (or ~10% of the population) within 200 kilometers or
anywhere with a population of 8 million will contract cancer if they are
not moved out. They will also contract cancer if they are moved out.
It is a very successful and probably intentional distortion of a true
statement.
Dr. Chris Busby, another physicist says there is a rage in the
