I am trying to locate recent data for the following subjects and thought someone out there might be able to assist.

1.      What are the estimated annual number of procedures performed for each of the following applications in the United States and other countries?
ï¿½        CT
ï¿½        Radiographic Fluoroscopy
ï¿½        Cardiac Cauterization
ï¿½        Interventional Angiography
ï¿½        Mammography
ï¿½        Nuclear Medicine
ï¿½        PET
ï¿½        Radiation Oncology
ï¿½        X-Ray/CR/DR

2.      What is the number of practicing Radiologist by country?  The latest information I have is from 2007.

3.      What are the current number of hospitals in the United States and other countries?  The latest data I have is from 2/2009.
