[ RadSafe ] WHO: Cell phone use can increase possible cancer risk

I was under the impression that limbs were relatively resistant to 
radiation, at least the ionizing types.  I don't have the data "handy", 
but I imagine that "Hand Cancer" is a good bit rarer than brain cancer, 
in any case. Might be hard to get a decent sample.
