[ RadSafe ] Busby's Second Event Theory

For anyone who is interested, Chris Busby's paper has been attached to
the Wikipedia article about Fallujah (I wouldn't be surprised if he
inserted it). From a quick look at the paper, if it had been submitted
in a freshman general science class at any reputable college, it would
have received an F, as it does not demonstrate a clear understanding
between conjecture and conclusion.

According to the introduction to the interview Busby is a
"visiting biomedical studies professor at the University of
Ulster". How many hats does Busby wear?
