[ RadSafe ] Intake Retention Fractions for Blood

I'm researching a question asked me about estimating intake/dose directly 
from radionuclide concentration in blood. The only tabulated IRFs I'm 
familiar with are for urine, feces, etc. Does anyone know if IRFs for 
blood are available, and if so where?
