[ RadSafe ] Maritime Buoys/Rad Detection

There was  a post regarding Marine Buoys fitted with radiation/radioactivity detection capabilities recently, thought I had saved it but it has disappeared - can someone forward it to me if possible.......and any feedback on the subject.
