The cask Certificates of Compliance are off-limits.  You have to apply with a FOIA and then it will be some time before the NRC responds.  Good luck.

I'm having troubles in finding a list of certified/licensed transportation
casks for spent nuclear fuel in the NRC webpage. I was wondering if any of
you could help me in that direction, pointing me to where the NRC has this
list, or if this can actually be viewed online.
