           I am sorry to  hear of the passing of Dr. B. Cohen.
 
 
           Some  atmospheric/radionuclide transport models are available 
from:  RSICC,  the
Radiation Shielding and Information Center at Oak Ridge National  
Laboratory.  CAP88 may be 
available from them or from the original producing Lab or programmers  
designing each
computer code.  See the ORNL website.
