[ RadSafe ] Any comment on David Lochbaum's warning reprodued by a columnist in The Guardian

         Oops.  I spoke too soon --- Google to the rescue.  Here is 
the link to the Guardian article:

         The article is the usual bunch of anti-nuke hooey.  It's 
worth reading though. The writer's comments about plutonium are hilarious.

         What it amounts to is that Lochbaum is using Hurricane Sandy 
as an excuse to beat the drums for an increase in the size and power 
of the regulatory state.
