Dear Roger,

I had opportunity to Interact with Mr Anand Grover who was a  UN Special Rapporteur now. During my interaction he was a junior counsel. If I recall correctly, the interaction was in relation to a public interest litigation filed by an NGO against the import of butter allegedly contaminated with radionuclides from the Chernobyl accident. He was then a member of a lawyers collective and argued the case for the NGO. NGO lost the case.I have submitted some documents on how the Atomic Energy Regulatory Board prescribed the permissible levels of radionuclides in food items. The NGO appealed in the Supreme Court. There also the case was decided against the NGO. My letter to the court as an expert was one of the inputs which helped the court to arrive at a decision,

Regards
Parthasrathy

This was posted by a YouTube channel MsMilkytheclown that actively
promotes videos by Chris Busby.  I wonder how much of it is accurate,
though I would expect that there are a number of genuine criticisms of
both TEPCO and the Japanese government's handling of the Fukushima
reactor accidents.
