I debated this guy years ago.  He has been on the anti-nuclear stump since 
the '70s.  You don't want to get between him and a TV camera, you'll get run 
over.  He's a Helen Caldicott wanna-be.  Uses his credentials to get on 
TV/radio; and they eat up his scare stories.
