[ RadSafe ] Fermi I

Dear Radsafers,
 
Does any one know how Fermi I Decommissioning is going on? The fuel was out-loaded over 30 years about ago, so it is up to FSS. 
(Is it the 1st and the only one civilian US (former) Detroit Edison breeder which was described in the book something like "The day when we almost lost Detroit" or something?
Specifically, I am interested in the projected completion date.
