I went through my "OLD" handbooks and none of them have a rectangular 
source.  Foderaro dose have a line source with "k" functions and a table 
of "k" functions (function of Sievert integral).  You could approximate a 
rectangular source with a lot of line sources and then summing them.  You 
could probably do this easily in Excel.
