[ RadSafe ] Radioactive ground water at Fukushima

	According to this Wall Street Journal article, "highly radioactive 
groundwater" was discovered recently in test wells at the Fukushima 
reactor.  This on line article differs somewhat from the one in the 
WSJ.  The print article was published on July 11, on p. 8.
