[ RadSafe ] Benchmark on Wording in REPs around EPDs permitted Dose Rate Alarms

Ontario Power Generation, (OPG) is interested in industry standards on the wording in the Work Permits, (WP), ( called REPs at OPG's stations) related to Electronic Personal Dosimeters, (EPDs), Dose Rate Alarms at other Canadian,  US and worldwide nuclear facilities, to ensure that safeguards at OPG's stations are aligned to the nuclear industry standards.

Could you please, provide me samples of wording related to EPDs Dose Rate Alarms from WPs that are used at your nuclear facilities, that will be helpful for completing this Benchmarking?
