Ted, my thoughts as well as posted last night. Has to be the personal
computer configuration in the Op System and E-Mail set-up and source.

Hold on folks - RADSAFE is a LISTSERVER. This means that YOUR computer
NEVER talks to RADSAFE. YOUR computer talks to your mail service -
whomever that may be by whatever protocol your use - ie. POP or IMAP and
