[ RadSafe ] International Policy Digest site (was A saner look at these sailors' radiation exposure)

I was having some trouble with a variety of sites this morning. Not sure if
it was my ISP or something else. I am in a different location tonight and
having no issues with whoever this hotel's ISP is.
