We're considering recommending dual (redundant) radwaste liquid effluent 
monitors.  The monitors would be set up so that either monitor would stop 
the release.  We would switch between the monitors, but only one monitor 
would be active at any given time.  The intent is to avoid a situation 
where the liquid release monitor is out-of-service.  Does anybody have 
experience with a similar arrangement?
