Arnie Gundersen explained the steam plums seen at Fukushima #3 recently,
and as near as I can tell, he was correct and did not exaggerate.  I
might quibble about the steam being "highly" radioactive, but I concede
it likely is contaminated at some level.

Still, considering the number of times I've been critical, I thought I
should point out when he is right.  While one data point does not a
trend make, one can hope.
