There a program called CARI (https://www.faa.gov/data_research/research/med_humanfacs/aeromedical/radiobiology/cari6/) that models cosmic radiation dose during flight. Not sure if it would help here or not.

Thanks for the interesting graph of the roentgen "dose" (photons in
air).  Please note though that 50 - 75% of the *dose equivalent*, or
equivalent dose, for those outside the USA,  at cruising altitude,
originates in neutrons.
