[ RadSafe ] Medical Physics Related Signage

I see routinely these days that employees that have had diagnostic or therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures are given a card that indicates the time and nature of the procedure. They normally share this with me as RSO, so that I can defuse panic when any monitors or bioassays "go off"
I don't know if this notice from the hospital has an agreed upon name, but one could just ask for that notification. Could even be fairly discreet...
I would be surprised if that is available at "signs-are-us". :).
