"Experts" on what?  The only way they could have killed someone with th=

device would have been to tie the victim to a chair and position it aga=
inst
his head - for a really long time.  As it is, all they managed to const=
ruct
was a long-range garage door opener.  By charging these dopes with
terrorism, the prosecutors are obviously hoping for a plea deal so they=

don't have to prove their case to a jury. One of the two copped a plea
already.
