     60 minutes (usa tv) had a show about female stem  cells versus male 
stem cells and the ability of such cells to clear plaques from  arteries.  
Female stem cells were more effective in clearing such  plaques.  Perhaps this 
would suggest that female stem cells might be  employed in males to clear 
plaques in hearts, arteries and perhaps in the brain  (Alzheimers, etc.).
 
    The show also suggested that medication dose thinking  for female 
humans needs rethinking and dose estimation.
